360º campaign for a recently released multi-million dollar property in Sarasota, Florida. The challenge of differentiating BLVD through visual storytelling to captivate and motivate potential buyers to invest in the property was something to thrive on and got the creative juices flowing.
The initial design aesthetic for BLVD was to differentiate the neighborhood and sophistication of where the property lies: right on the Sarasota Bay. The downtown-living lifestyle, and casual elegance of being on the bay coined the essential inspiration and storyline for this luxury property.
Whether a primary residence, vacation home or a rental, BLVD Sarasota will offer the best in sophisticated design, architecture, and luxurious finishes, along with access to five-star services and amenities. With that in mind, a brochure was created to portray every inch of what this incredible opportunity will offer.
The main idea of the TV spot was to grab the viewer’s attention within only a few seconds using hip background music and colorful transitions.
The campaign continued with an online presence, utilizing split screens on the web pages to symbolize the contrast between luxury living and urban lifestyle. Click here to access the full website.
